Joe Holm, Principal
Joe Holm is an interior designer with eighteen years of experience working in commercial and residential interior design.
Formally trained as an architect, he began his career in Portland, Oregon working for a hospitality group, then moved to Austin in 2011 and became the resident Interior Designer for McGuire Moorman Hospitality (now MML), where he worked on the opening of Clark’s, Elizabeth Street Cafe, Josephine House, and Jeffrey’s.
In 2014 he became the Director of Interiors at Clayton & Little (now Clayton Korte) where he helped bring the interiors of San Antonio’s Pearl District to life as well as a number of projects for local hospitality group, New Waterloo. In 2019, he formally established Holm Design so he could devote his full attention to his favorite clients.
A true midwesterner at heart, Joe’s favorite part of the design process is working with great people. He is equally as comfortable finishing out a family home as he is furnishing a hotel, so long as his clients feel true ownership in the final result. Joe splits his time between Austin, Texas and Leland, Michigan with his husband, Mike, and his cat/dog mix, Blanche.
Clarisa House, Interior Designer
Having spent her childhood in Mexico City — and maintaining deep roots there — Clarisa draws constant inspiration from the city’s vibrant streets, rich culture, and distinctive sense of place. After moving to Texas and earning a BS in Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio she began her career in Austin, working alongside award-winning architecture and interior design firms.
Today, her architectural foundation and passion for interior design come together in creating functional, layered spaces that feel both intentional and inviting.
Outside of work, Clarisa enjoys exploring her creativity through ceramics and spending time at home with her two adorable orange cats.
